As a naive Hasini in Bommarillu movie, Genelia has shot up to the top of popularity among the Telugu audience. Recently she got a good break even in Bollywood with the movie "Jane Tu Ya Jane Na". She says that year 2009 has been very benefitting to her in many ways and hopes that coming New Year will be even more beneficial. generally film stars prefer to celebrate New Year in either foreign or Goa like places in India. But genelia is planning to go to Nasik and pray in the church there.
