Film society has no place for PM on its souvenir

Who is ruling India ? Is it AICC President Sonia Gandhi or Prime Minister Manmohan Singh? Better ask the Film Society of India which is conducting the International Children's Film Festival at Hyderabad from today. Film Society of India has landed itself in a controversy of peculiar nature as it violated the protocol by avoiding a message from the Prime Minister of India in its souvenir released today to mark the festival.
The souvenir contains the messages of President Pratibha Patil followed by those of AICC president Sonia Gandhi, Union Minister for Cultural Affairs Ambika Soni and Chief Minister K.Rosaiah. To the utter shocking of the media persons, the Prime MinisterÂ’s message was nowhere to be seen in the souvenir. Is it factual error? Or is it a blatant one? Will the Film Society ever explain the reasons for the ignorance of this protocol
