Hyderabad is For All: Mohan Babu

Tollywood senior actor Mohan Babu's daughter as producer, a flick is in the making on Sri Laxmiprasanna Pictures banner in K raghavendra Rao's direction with Manch Manoj as its hero. Its shooting was in progress yesterday at Kompally near Hyderabad in a private building. Protesting over Mohan Babu's support to Samaikyandhra moment, TRS activists attacked the film's unit. They damaged the camera and other equipment and also the building partially in which the shoot was going on. The protestors raised raised slogans against Mohan Babu and threatened that neither the shoots or screenings of Mohan Babu family's movies in Telangana region. Coming to know about the incident, Mohan Babu reacted by saying " it is inhuman to attack artistes. Everyone has the right to democratically demand for what they want. When TRS demanded for separate Telangana, did anyone stop them? Hyderabad is for everyone, it's a part in India, who are they to ask us not work in Hyderabad. Is it their 'maternal uncle's' property?" Later Congress MP Madhu Yashki, CPI's Narayana and many prominent people from cine industry came to meet Mohan Babu. They all condemned TRS activists for the attack and also criticised TRS chief KCR for mouthing derogatory and provocative words.
