TRS Disrupts NTR's Shoot Too
Yet one more incident of attack on film units by TRS activists took place today in Hyderabad.Filming of junior NTR's movie in the making "brindavanam" was going on in old city area of Hyderabad, when TRS activists surrounded it and ransacked the shooting spot. Recently senior heroine Rambha narrated her some incidents of her past. She told " during shooting gaps when other unit members started playing cards, my hands too used to start itching to play the game. But my father didn't like it, he called it a 'gambling game'.I used to insist upon him to allow me to play for only once, but he didn't used to heed to my pleas. So I started joining the game without his knowledge. Well! It requires money also to play cards, so I started to steal it from my father's pocket. Senior Actor Narra Venkateswara Rao Passes Away
Famous Tollywood character artiste Narra Venkateswara Rao passed away on Sunday at 5.30 AM at his residence in Hyderabad. He was 62 years old and hails from Agraharam village in Prakasam district. He debuted in to films with the movie "Mallela Manasusulu" and acted in 450 flicks. "Mestry" is his last movie. Though he entered films doing villain roles, he gained more recognition as a character artiste. His performance in 'Neti Bharatham' was much appreciated by the audience. Hero Mahesh Babu's flick Athadu didn't fare so well as his other flicks Pokiri and Okkadu did. 'మగధీర' వంటి సెన్సేషన్ హిట్ తర్వాత వస్తున్న చిత్రం కావడంతో ప్రేక్షకుల్లో ఉన్న అంచనాలను దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని దర్శకుడు భాస్కర్ ఈ చిత్రాన్ని పట్టుదలగా తెరకెక్కిస్తున్నారు. రామ్ చరణ్ తరహాలోనే భాస్కర్ కు కూడా ఇది మూడో చిత్రం కావడం విశేషం. ఇటీవల ముంబైలో ఓ షెడ్యూల్ జరుపుకొన్న చిత్రయూనిట్ ఆస్ట్రేలియాలో 3 నెలల కీలక షెడ్యూల్ కు ప్లాన్ చేసింది. దీనికి 'ఆరంజ్' అనే టైటిల్ ను అనుకుంటున్నారు. ఈ చిత్రానికి హారిస్ జైరాస్ సంగీతం అందిస్తున్నారు. అంజనా ప్రొడక్షన్స్ బ్యానర్ పై నాగబాబు భారీ బడ్జెట్ తో ఈ చిత్రాన్ని నిర్మిస్తున్నారు"Adurs" Stuck in Box-offices
NTR fans are worried because of the delay in release of his latest flick "Adurs". Actually it was scheduled for release on 25th of this month, but due to the disturbances and protests, its screening has been withheld. Not only fans, but its distributors are also worried because of the delay. Since the Telangana agitation is turning indefinite day by day, no one is able to guess when it would end. The distributors have brought crores of rupees on interest and are incurring heavy losses. They wish that the turmoil should come to an end at least by Sankranthi festival. Several other movies apart from "Adurs" are waiting for the agitations to stop.

హీరో శ్రీకాంత్ ఇటీవలే తన 100వ చిత్రం 'మహాత్మ' ద్వారా ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు వచ్చారు. కృష్ణవంశీ దర్శకత్వంలో శ్రీకాంత్ స్నేహితుడు సి.ఆర్.మనోహర్ ఈ చిత్రాన్ని నిర్మించారు. ఈ చిత్రం పాక్షిక విజయాన్ని నమోదు చేసుకుంది. దీని తర్వాత మళ్లీ శ్రీకాంత్-మనోహర్ కాంబినేషన్ లో ఓ కొత్త చిత్రం త్వరలో ప్రారంభం కానుంది. దీనికి 'రంగా' అనే టైటిల్ ను అనుకుంటున్నారు. 'ది దొంగ' అనే తమాషా ట్యాగ్ లైన్ కూడా ఉంది. ఈ చిత్రానికి జి.వి.దర్శకత్వం వహించనున్నారు.నటుడిగా పలు విలనీ పాత్రలు పోషించిన జి.వి. ఇటీవల దర్శకుడుగా మారి నితిన్ తో 'హీరో' చిత్రాన్ని తీశారు. ఆ చిత్రం బాక్సాఫీస్ వైఫల్యాన్ని చవిచూసినప్పటికీ జి.వి. టేకింగ్ కు మంచి పేరే వచ్చింది. ఆ చిత్రం తర్వాత ఇప్పుడు మరో అవకాశం ఆయన తలుపుపట్టింది. ఈ చిత్రంలో శ్రీకాంత్ కు జోడిగా ఛార్మి ఎంపికైంది. ఇటీవల ఈ ఇద్దరూ కలిసి 'కౌసల్య సుప్రజ రామ' చిత్రంలో నటించారు.
