Srikanth Watched NTR Movies in Karnataka

Hero Srikanth, who has recently completed acting in 100 movies, has shared his cine life experinces in an informal chat. He told " I started watching movies since the days I was studying in eight class. At that time late NTR's movies werw very popular in Karnataka. After he became the chief minister, Chiranjeevi's movies took that place. Well before Khaidi movie of Chiranjeevi, I used to go to Bellary from Gangavathi to watch his movies. I was so mad after movies that after passing tenth class I ran away to Chennai. There I used to read Sitara, jyothichithra like cinema magazines and find out where shooting are taking place. But I was not allowed inside the studios. After some days I returned back to Gangavathi. With this I lost one year and after completing degree, I joined Madhu Film Institute. Later Murthy garu of Laxmi Films Vijayawada encouraged me. With help from several well wishers I approached Ushakiron Movies, who were on the look out for new talent. Director Mohan Gandhi asked me to deliver a dialogue and I could do it effortlessly with thanks to the traning I recieved at Madhu Institute. And I got selected for my first ever role on screen, that of a naxalite in movie People's Encounter."
