Apart from continuing as one of the top heroines of South, Nayanatara is also performing well in item numbers. Starting with "Shiva Kasi", later she did an item song in Rajanikanth starrer "Shivaji". Now she she is doing one in Sneha's "Goa" and another in Hansika starrer "Maa Pillai". Not only that, she even did an item number in a movie made by Malayalam artistes.
