Megastar and Prajarajyam Party chief Chiranjeevi embarked on a two days tour of Visakhapatnam area, where the PRP has good hold, to collect donations from public in aid of the flood victims in the State. On first day of his tour, he participated in a 'Dine with Chiru' program aimed at collecting funds.It is said that on first day around 30 lakhs have been collected out of total target of 50 lakhs. However, the offilcial announcement of total amount collected will be made by Chiranjeevi himself, said the party sources. Chiranjeevi's appeal getting good response is evident from the incident in which a poor man from Vizag donated his entire earthly possessions of Rs. 100, happily to Chiranjeevi.
